Cancellation Policy

🌿 Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to work together. I value the care, trust, and time it takes to enter into this kind of work—and I want to make sure our agreements feel clear and respectful for both of us. Booking All sessions and workshops are scheduled in advance through my online booking system or directly via email. Your spot is confirmed once payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received. For organizations, a signed agreement or purchase order may be required to finalize your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling I understand that life happens and plans change. To honor both your time and mine, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling individual consultations, and 7 days’ notice for group sessions or facilitation work. Individual sessions: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours (or no-shows) will be charged the full session fee. Group facilitation or workshops: Cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice may be rescheduled once at no cost. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee, and within 48 hours, the full fee will apply. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time as best we can. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to honor subsequent commitments. Refunds Because this work involves preparation and scheduling commitments, refunds are not typically offered. Exceptions may be made in rare or emergent circumstances. Mutual Care This work depends on mutual respect, openness, and accountability. If something comes up—personally, emotionally, or logistically—please reach out. I’ll do the same. My hope is that our agreements hold both clarity and compassion.
