OUR PROJECT
Drawing on our collective skills and experiences, including my background as a therapist and time spent training business leaders and fostering organizational cooperation at the University of Chicago, we collaboratively explore the influences of whiteness on relationships, culture, practices, and outcomes. We invite personal experiences and stories to aid in understanding and unpacking racial identity.
